Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising a designated group of residents during your shift; ensuring their safety and well-being through regular checks.
- Monitoring, reporting, and documenting any changes in residents' conditions, including skin, behavior, alertness, weight, dietary habits, and participation in activities.
- Responding promptly to security alerts and resident call systems.
- Informing supervisors of any increased care requirements for residents.
- Assisting with continence management and ensuring proper disposal of all related products to maintain sanitation.
- Serving and collecting food trays, assisting as necessary, and reporting any refusals or appetite issues.
- Helping residents during fire emergencies by guiding them to secure areas.
- Completing assigned resident laundry tasks as needed.
- Maintaining cleanliness in residents' rooms and work areas.
- Adhering to hygiene and health standards.
- Supporting residents in maintaining their independence while promoting dignity and safety.
- Engaging residents in daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Encouraging participation in life skills and enrichment activities.
- Welcoming and assisting visitors, family members, and team members as needed.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management.

While we support ongoing learning and development, there are fundamental requirements for this position, including but not limited to:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Required certifications, licenses, and registrations:
- Nurse Aide certification is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Completion of a background check is mandatory.
