Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Support the Speech-Language Pathologist in conducting therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, to ensure effective communication and language development.
  • Assist in the preparation of therapy materials and implementation of individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Monitor and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy activities to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the therapy team to ensure a consistent approach to student development and progress.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on student progress and therapy strategies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • California SLPA License or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
