We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a residential setting. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for monitoring the health needs of our residents, consulting with physicians, and developing nursing care plans. You will also train and monitor caregivers on resident health needs, including administering medications and treatments.
**Responsibilities**
* Conduct resident health assessments and develop nursing care plans as needed
* Consult with physicians regarding resident health concerns
* Train and monitor caregivers on resident health needs
* Document and implement physician's orders
* Address resident health concerns expressed by parents, family members, social workers, or others involved with the resident
