Responsibilities:
  • Sell automobile accessories to customers who visit the dealership, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right accessories according to their needs, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Answer and respond to customer inquiries regarding automobile accessories, demonstrating a high level of product knowledge.
  • Explain the performance and benefits of the chosen accessory to customers, highlighting its value and features.
  • Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, ensuring efficient and effective sales operations.
  • Communicate with customers on parts status, providing timely updates and information.
  • Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization, handling financial transactions with professionalism.
  • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain and manage automobile accessories and parts inventory control, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate and assist other salespersons in the store, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Have experience with auto parts sales, preferably in a similar role.
  • Can work in a fast-paced work environment, adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Have strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Clean driving record and willingness to submit to a motor vehicle and background check.
