Home Care Assistant

Salary and BenefitsWe offer competitive weekly pay, ranging from $12 to $15 per hour, depending on experience and location. Additionally, we provide benefits such as paid training and development, employee referral bonuses, and access to management.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). These activities include maintaining a safe living environment, providing safety supervision and companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility assistance, transfers, dressing, bathing, toileting, grooming, and transportation.
Essential Qualifications and Skills- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Possession of a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Passing background check and possession of a valid TB test
