Job Summary: The successful candidate will provide support services to severely emotionally disturbed or disabled adult behavioral health clients, coordinating treatment and assisting clients in achieving their best possible functional level. They will also provide leadership in the recovery model for staff at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support services to clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care and services.
- Lead and mentor staff in the recovery model, promoting a culture of compassion and excellence.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address client needs and goals.
- Provide education and training to staff on mental health topics and best practices.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related mental health discipline.
- Three years of experience in the mental health field, with a focus on clinical experience.
- Licensed as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
- CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior clinical experience providing outpatient mental health or inpatient psychiatric services.
