We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Radiation Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the accuracy of treatment plans.

• Verify treatment plans and ensure accuracy of immobilization, laser lines, marks, and treatment parameters.
• Deliver daily treatments, checking the accuracy of treatment set-ups and making any necessary corrections.
• Review patient charts weekly, checking for diagrams, photographs, and total dose columns.
• Schedule simulations through Kelly as needed for patients under treatment.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, machine output checks, and patient safety checks.

• Associate's Degree of Applied Science or certificate in Radiological Technology with a certificate in Radiation Therapy Technology.
• Registration and Certification by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists in the specific discipline of Radiation Therapy.
• Maintain licensure by the State of Mississippi.
• Maintain CPR Certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of serving adult and geriatric population.
