Job Summary:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services to students in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and be able to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse communication needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
- Provide speech-language pathology services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication skills and promote a supportive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology.
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
