Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist II to join our team in the acute care setting. As a key member of our imaging team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, preparing patients, and operating x-ray equipment to obtain high-quality images.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, including intraoperative and mobile procedures, as prescribed by licensed practitioners.
  • Assist licensed practitioners in the performance of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, including ERCPs, bronchoscopy, and other procedures.
  • Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment, ensuring proper performance and maintenance.
  • Apply principles of ALARA to minimize radiation exposure to patients, self, and others.
  • Demonstrate current knowledge of federal and state radiation safety laws.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiography Program.
  • ARRT certification in Radiography - RT(R) required.
  • Applicable state licensure as required.
  • Minimum of one year experience in diagnostic radiology preferred.
