Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems, including plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and make repairs as needed.
  • Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs as necessary.
  • Work at one or two different communities during the week, based on workload and scheduling needs.
Qualifications:
  • Must have advanced knowledge of maintenance equipment, techniques, and procedures.
  • Should have experience with air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in apartments and houses.
