Audiology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at HearingLife. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals hear better through life-changing hearing health delivered by the best personalized care.

• Provide clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss while ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Grow your patient population and meet practice financial goals while maintaining ethical practice standards.
• Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users of best practices.
• Achieve practice growth with a strong mindset on sales and key business metrics.
• Local community outreach including health fairs and developing physician relationships.
• Counsel patients on the purchase of their hearing aids, devices, and accessories.
• Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care and product portfolio.

• Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.
• 2+ years Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years equivalent in industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.

• Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Sign On Bonus.
