Junior Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team at Coastal Painting Contractors Inc. and its associated companies.

This is a full-time, in-office position that requires a strong background in bookkeeping or accounting. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to maintain confidentiality, and work well independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various bookkeeping tasks, including financial record-keeping and data entry.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and maintaining filing systems.
• Provide support to the accounting team as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in accounting or bookkeeping preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
