Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and mentor team members in areas such as clinical competencies, documentation practices, and educational engagement
  • Provide coaching to enhance the quality of patient care
  • Develop work schedules and allocate personnel effectively
  • Manage patient flow to ensure timely and efficient care delivery
  • Exhibit critical thinking skills in high-pressure situations
  • Deliver direct patient care as required
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in a relevant clinical specialty or as a charge nurse
  • Current Arizona RN license
  • AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Proficient understanding of EMR and hospital systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in CVICU or Critical Care Charge Nurse position
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Certification in relevant specialty
