About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Cashier. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handling customer transactions, and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a well-stocked store.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store display.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a retail environment, preferred.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Fun, friendly, and happy attitude.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced retail environment with occasional exposure to dust, extreme temperatures, and contact with petroleum and/or cleaning products. Constant standing with frequent bending and lifting is also required.

Employees are expected to come to work and maintain full store operations in all weather conditions unless closure of the store is ordered by the company.
