Job Description
The Clinical Specialist Contractor will be responsible for providing on-site clinical support to medical teams throughout the US. This role requires a strong understanding of organ preservation techniques and the ability to make independent decisions in time-critical situations. The successful candidate will have experience working in operating rooms and be certified as a Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CPTC) or equivalent. They will also be able to adapt to different healthcare settings and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide guidance and recommendations to medical teams on the proper use of organ preservation equipment
* Make independent decisions in time-critical transplant situations
* Establish and maintain credentialing at client facilities
* Secure personal transportation to meet critical medical time constraints
* Maintain supply of field inventory as needed by Paragonix
* Ensure timely submission of documentation as designated by the Clinical Director
* Support sales duties as assigned by the Clinical Director

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, health care, science, or technology)
* Operating room experience in an Organ Procurement Organization or hospital-based transplant team
* Certification as a CPTC or equivalent

Salary Estimate
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards.
