Key Responsibilities:

- Preserve the historical integrity of the site while delivering a world-class luxury hotel experience.
- Lead a diverse team of construction professionals and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and construction practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction, preferably in a senior or lead role with experience in hospitality, commercial, and large-scale projects.
- Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams on-site.
