Job Summary:
AdeIphi Medical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will work under the guidance of a Supervising Dentist, Supervising Dental Assistant, Dental Health Program Manager III, or their designee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dental support services to patients, including preparing patients for exams and procedures, taking and developing dental X-rays, and assisting dentists during procedures.
- Work closely with the Supervising Dentist and Supervising Dental Assistant to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical and dental histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest dental techniques and technologies.
- Collaborate with other dental staff members to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
Requirements:
- Valid and active RDA License issued by the Department of Consumer Affairs, Dental Board of California.
- Minimum of sixteen (16) continuous months of experience within the last twenty-four (24) months performing services similar in scope to those defined herein.
- Current and valid California Dental Radiation Safety Certificate.
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross (with AED).
