Quality Assurance Team Supervisor
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift
Quality Assurance Team Supervisor Summary
The Quality Assurance Team Supervisor is tasked with project initiation, overseeing customer deliverables, managing team member expectations, and providing general supervision. Continuous training with the team is essential to uphold consistent operations and effective communication with both customers and employees. The Supervisor will travel to manufacturing facilities or warehouses to oversee teams of quality inspectors.
Quality Assurance Team Supervisor Responsibilities & Duties
- Ensure all teams within the designated locations operate in compliance with established standards and safety requirements.
- Develop work instructions and provide training to inspectors on relevant procedures.
- Manage relationships with customers.
- Act as interim job leader in the absence of the project supervisor.
- Conduct inspections of parts.
- Guide the work of fellow team members.
- Ensure all team members possess the necessary equipment, tools, and gauges; confirm that equipment is properly signed out.
- Communicate with customer and job site contacts regarding job requirements as necessary.
- Complete required documentation throughout the duration and conclusion of projects.
- Participate in mandatory training sessions.
- Adhere to all employee policies and perform additional duties as assigned.
