Pulmonary Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pulmonary Medicine Specialist to join our team at Northside Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing patient care and providing exceptional service to our patients and families.
Responsibilities- Manage patient care of an assigned group of patients in accordance with the philosophy and policies of the appropriate division.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
- Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training.
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
- Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS, etc.) are unit specific. Please refer to the specific clinical unit.
- Please refer to the specific clinical unit for additional education, competencies and/or certification required as a condition of employment.
- BSN degree preferred.
- National Certification in Clinical Specialty preferred.
