About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Field Performance Advisor. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with Suppliers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve optimal performance.
You will spend most of your time traveling to Supplier sites, conducting site visits, and providing real-time feedback and coaching. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build trust and credibility with Suppliers.
We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual who can identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Requirements- A degree in a relevant field such as business, operations management, or supply chain management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the region.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
