Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.

Key Responsibilities
• Install final finishing parts on aluminum and steel frame boats
• Perform layout, cutting, measuring, and fitting processes accurately
• Comprehend and interpret blueprints, sketches, and templates

Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of marine outfitting experience
• Ability to successfully pass a hands-on crafts test demonstrating proficiency in layout, cutting, measuring, and fitting processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and templates
