Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Collaborating Physician to join our team at Healty Weight Rx, a leading Telehealth Medical Weight Loss Clinic. As a key member of our medical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic.

Responsibilities:

  • Must have a current, unencumbered medical license to practice medicine in the states of Arkansas and Tennessee.
  • DEA certification is required.
  • Ability to review patient history, physical, and therapeutic data, including:
    • When a controlled substance has been prescribed.
    • When the patient requests a review.
    • When such a review is medically indicated.
    • When prescriptions written fall outside established protocols.
  • Must be willing to meet electronically with patients via HIPAA-compliant means, up to 10 times per year, and in-person twice annually in the Memphis, TN area.
  • Must have training and expertise in medical weight loss management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be available for consultation via electronic or telephonic communication.
  • Hours: Flexible, with the ability to choose your own schedule.
  • Location: Remote, with the ability to work from anywhere.

Requirements:

  • Current, unencumbered medical license in Arkansas and Tennessee.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
