About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Salon Manager to join our team at Great Clips. As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Salon Manager in leading our team of stylists and ensuring the salon runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Salon Manager in leading the team and achieving sales and customer service goals
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer retention
- Collaborate with the Salon Manager to create a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
- Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
