Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional service to guests in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. This role is responsible for ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, fulfilling orders, and completing sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to guests
  • Take food and beverage orders and prepare drinks to company standards
  • Prepare and serve food items, relay orders to the kitchen, and total bills
  • Execute all financial transactions according to company policy
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health code regulations
  • Inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Attend required training and department meetings

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and well-organized under pressure
  • Basic math skills and ability to make change
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues

Work Environment:

The Customer Service Representative will work in a fast-paced food and beverage environment, standing for the majority of the shift. Regularly required to lift, reach, and use fingers to handle or feel. Lifting requirements of up to 20 pounds. Direct contact with guests, managers, and employees. Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water.
