Customers have the option to subscribe to a curated Farm Box or shop à la carte. We operate six days a week and are experiencing rapid growth in the NYC area, offering a diverse selection of fresh produce, meats, dairy, baked goods, and pantry staples.

Position Summary

At Farm To People, we serve as a delivery service that connects New Yorkers with a wide variety of products sourced from local farmers and artisans. Our goal is to transform the food supply chain by supporting small-scale producers while delivering an exceptional grocery shopping experience. Our warehouse acts as a crucial link between the farms we partner with and the customers seeking ethically-sourced groceries. We are currently looking for associates to join our warehouse team.

Compensation: Starting pay is $15 per hour, increasing to $17 per hour after a one-month trial period. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing incoming deliveries.
  • Organizing and stocking inventory.
  • Picking and preparing fresh produce.
  • Packaging orders for delivery.
  • Availability for varied shifts, with priority given to candidates who can work weekends and early mornings (starting at 5-6 AM).
