  • $85,000 to $100,000 salary
Position Overview:

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting initial patient assessments, diagnosing and identifying limitations in physical activity, crafting tailored treatment plans, implementing physical therapy interventions, and monitoring patient advancements. You will also educate patients on self-care techniques, set and achieve treatment objectives, recommend therapeutic exercises and interventions, evaluate the effectiveness of treatments, and provide guidance on long-term care strategies.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • A current Physical Therapist license in Virginia or compact license
  • Experience in developing treatment plans for outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation
  • Ability to thrive independently
  • A passion for assisting patients with vestibular and balance disorders, as well as neurological and fall risk challenges
  • At least one year of experience in a neuro/ortho or vestibular rehabilitation environment
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development
  • A focus on the vestibular, balance, and neurological patient demographics
