We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Caretenders, a part of LHC Group. As a LPN in Home Health, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care within the scope of practice as defined by state laws, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other healthcare team members.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on maintaining a healthy environment and caring for the patient.
- Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising nurse and/or physician on a daily basis.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation.
- CPR certification is required.
