About the Job

This Advanced Practice Nurse position is responsible for providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of common acute and chronic illnesses and injuries. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' medical histories, current health status, and lifestyle to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document all patient interactions and care provided in the electronic medical record.
  • Refer patients to specialty consultants or services as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduate of ANA-approved NP or AMA-approved PA training program (masters or equivalent degrees).
  • Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License (Washington) within 6 months of hire.
  • Nurse Practitioner National Certificate.
  • Registered Nurse License (Washington) within 6 months of hire.
  • Registered Nurse License (Oregon) within 6 months of hire.
  • Nurse Practitioner License (Oregon) within 6 months of hire.
  • OR: Physician Assistant License (Oregon) within 6 months of hire.
  • Physician Assistant National Certificate.
  • Physician Assistant License (Washington) within 6 months of hire.
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire.
  • Drug Enforcement Administration Registration.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000, with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plan, and paid time off.
