We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to patients in our Intensive Care Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for making clinical assessments, managing treatment, and providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their privacy and confidentiality are respected.
- Provide clear instructions and education to patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans.
- Deliver high-focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
- 1+ years of Acute Care RN experience, preferably in an ICU setting.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or eligible for licensure prior to start.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required, with ACLS obtained within 6 months of hire.
- BSN preferred, with CCRN certification a plus and obtainable within 2 years.
- NIHSS stroke certification required within 30 days.
