Chief Scientist

MILVETS Systems Technology, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Chief Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of advanced network architectures and ensuring the integration of new technologies to modernize communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of LANs and VLANs
• Develop and maintain routing protocols, multicast, and IPv4/IPv6 addressing
• Conduct network protocol analysis using tools such as Sniffer or Wireshark
• Collaborate with organizations to ensure interoperability and coordinate on network performance and architectures
• Review and understand acquisition documentation to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Subject matter expert in network engineering, routing protocols, and network architecture

Requirements:

• PhD in Engineering, Software Engineering, or Network Engineering
• Minimum 15+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years of PEO/PM level experience with Tactical Network
• Active United States Department of Defense Top Secret clearance
