The Branch Experience Manager is responsible for leading, mentoring, and assessing the performance of branch personnel while addressing challenges within established policies and frameworks.

This role emphasizes the importance of delivering an exceptional experience for both members and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee branch personnel, focusing on coaching, performance management, and professional growth.
- Guide, train, and ensure adherence to Avadian's Sales Flow Model among staff.

- Ensure that team members possess comprehensive knowledge of all Avadian products and services, including their features, benefits, processes, guidelines, and procedures.

- Maintain consistent communication with staff regarding action plans, objectives, evaluations, corporate initiatives, and training opportunities.
- Evaluate team members to assess their understanding of training, confidence in the sales flow model, and operational effectiveness.

- Ensure that all staff are well-versed in Avadian's client relationship management system (CRM), including referrals, sales activities, contact events, and reporting.

- Collaborate with management to create, communicate, and implement branch sales objectives while ensuring a positive branch experience.
- Monitor the financial performance of the branch.
- Be available to work weekends and provide support at other branches as necessary.
- Continuously seek to recruit future team members.
- Actively embody and promote the Avadian WHY statement in all actions and communications.
- Represent and advocate for Avadian within the communities served.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Basic Requirements:
- Significant experience in financial services and sales is essential.
- A proactive approach to maintaining member satisfaction and addressing member needs is required.

- Demonstrated ability to work within a sales goal framework and achieve branch sales targets.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a positive attitude, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanor are necessary.
- Availability to work weekends and provide support at other branches as needed.

Experience:
- A minimum of three years in a similar or related role is preferred.

Education:
- A college degree in business administration or a related field is preferred; alternatively, a high school diploma with extensive managerial experience in a financial institution is acceptable.
