LPN - Telehealth Expansion

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at North Oaks Health System. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and document findings in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in operational functions, such as maintaining patient records, ordering supplies, and performing administrative tasks.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Currently licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Practical Nurse Examiners.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift patients as needed.
• Good physical health and stamina to perform job duties.
