Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at PeaceHealth Therapy & Wellness Center in Longview, WA. As an Occupational Therapist - Outpatient, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, determining treatment plans, and providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and establish treatment plans and goals, using data from various sources, such as patient records, interviews, observation, and team members.
  • Complete patient treatment according to the plan of care and modify the plan as needed to meet patient needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth and continuous care of patients.
  • Mentor and provide oversight to new caregivers, occupational therapy assistants, and/or therapy aides.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Occupational Therapist license in the State of Washington.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
