Role Summary:
We are seeking a Physical Design Specialist Engineer to enhance our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in promoting the adoption of Synopsys products, delivering technical guidance to clients to meet their Quality of Results (QoR) objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Research and Development to create comprehensive workflows from RTL to GDSII.
2. Partner with Sales Teams to formulate strategic account plans and marketing initiatives.
3. Engage in competitive benchmarking to secure pivotal design projects.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in physical design methodologies and processes.
- Capable of managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in collaborative teamwork with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site at client locations as necessary.
- Some travel may be required.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is between $154,000 and $230,000. This role may also qualify for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary incentives. Synopsys provides a comprehensive suite of health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a competitive total rewards package.
