  • Leadership of Product Realization Proposals, System Specifications, Product Architectures, design reviews, test plans, etc.
  • Guidance and oversight of the development of systems/products to maintain product architecture integrity.
  • Provision of cost-effective solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Development and implementation of platform and product requirements.
  • Work with partners and suppliers to provide the best technical and cost solutions.
  • Enhancement of product and technical development capabilities at regional design centers.
  • Development of detailed product design specifications and driving of implementation.
  • Adherence to all safety and health rules and regulations.
  • Compliance with all company processes and procedures.
  • Performance of other duties as assigned.
Job QualificationsEducation & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 10-12+ years of experience in full product development (concept, requirements, system architecture, specification, design, testing, validation, production).
  • Experience in Energy Storage Systems, EV Charging Systems, power electronics, grid power generation and distribution, battery and/or charging systems.
  • Experience with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  • Experience in electrical and mechanical CAD tools.
  • Experience in high-level software development.
  • Experience in WindChill and DevOps is a plus.
  • Or equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.
