Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to assist our patients with their daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and medication reminders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
  • Assist patients with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of experience in healthcare or completion of a training program
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
