We're seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Crumbl Cookies. As a key member of our bakery team, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and execute recipes to produce a variety of baked items
  • Ensure quality control by inspecting ingredients and finished products
  • Enhance item presentation with frostings, glazes, fillings, and toppings
  • Process customer orders efficiently and effectively
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers warmly
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Requirements:
  • Strong communication, time management, and planning skills
  • Attention to detail and basic math skills
  • Ability to work independently or with a team to solve problems and create amazing baked goods
  • Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availability
  • Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment
