ASCP Laboratory Director Opportunity

MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking a skilled ASCP Laboratory Director to lead our laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical laboratory technology and ASCP certification.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee laboratory operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures.
  • Manage laboratory staff and provide guidance on laboratory techniques and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree from a Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) program.
  • Certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) and the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science (ASCLS).
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology preferred.
  • At least five years of management experience in laboratory operations preferred.
