Job Summary

The Mixologist at Wahoo Seafood Grill is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a wide range of beverages. This role requires a strong knowledge of drink preparation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding areas
• Assist with restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service to guests

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
• Strong knowledge of drink preparation and mixology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
