About the Role

In this role, you will be working closely with healthcare providers and clinical staff to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. Your responsibilities will include assisting with basic vital information, preparing patients for examinations and treatments, and scheduling referrals as needed.

You will also be responsible for tracking follow-up appointments and monitoring patients' disease status. Additionally, you will complete forms and requisitions for lab testing and referrals, and provide education to patients and their families.
