Job Summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our clinical team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing evidence-based care to our patients, collaborating with other specialists, and creating personalized treatment plans to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for:

  • Conducting evidence-based occupational therapy evaluations
  • Creating individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances
  • Collaborating with other specialty providers (i.e., CRNPs and speech therapists) to establish an Integrated Treatment Plan
  • Navigating electronic medical record systems efficiently and completing all necessary clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
  • Active occupational therapy licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
  • Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, including 1 day a week onsite at our Allentown location and remote work
