We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team, responsible for combining administrative duties with recruiting support to ensure seamless operations and attract the best field nurses, therapists, and office staff.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM - Fully On-Site Position

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Post job openings on relevant job boards to expand our reach.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluations to identify suitable applicants.
  • Support internal recruiting efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process.
  • Engage in cold calling to promote job opportunities and connect with potential candidates.
  • Utilize HR software such as BambooHR for tracking applicants and managing employee data.
  • Assist with technical recruiting efforts by understanding the specific requirements of technical roles.
  • Answer and direct office calls to the appropriate staff.
  • Perform other position-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong relationship management skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members.
  • Experience in employee evaluation processes to assess candidate fit for roles.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research for sourcing candidates across various platforms.
  • Familiarity with promoting job openings and engaging potential candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with diverse audiences.
  • A proactive approach to cold calling and networking to expand the talent pool.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
