Operations Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Specialist to join our team at MSC. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for providing on-the-job training to new hires and existing associates in various operational areas of the warehouse.

• Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of our associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs effectively.
• Conduct quality training sessions on critical areas, including order management systems and processes.
• Facilitate learning sessions to ensure the transference of skills and knowledge, utilizing effective learning methods to support our facilities.
• Analyze productivity and quality reports to evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, evaluations, and assessment scores using our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Communicate training-related information clearly and effectively to all stakeholders.
• Participate in identifying enhancements and changes to our systems and processes.
• Instill and foster a culture of excellence throughout the company, ensuring unity of purpose and fulfillment of our Mission Statement.
• Provide one-on-one observations, training, and feedback to associates as needed.
• Answer questions and provide assistance to help associates meet their daily productivity, accuracy, and safety goals.

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Three years of customer service, inside sales, warehousing, or training experience required.
• Prior experience conducting group training is required.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills required.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and travel up to 10% of the time required.
