Salary Range:$65,000 - $80,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Addiction Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments: Utilize evidence-based tools and techniques to evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop treatment plans: Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide counseling services: Deliver individual and group counseling sessions to support clients in their recovery journey.
  • Consult with colleagues: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records: Document client interactions, progress, and outcomes in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives: Contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Licensure**: Active CDCA/LCDCII/LCDCIII/LICDC licensure from the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board
  • Education**: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Counseling
  • Experience**: One year of experience in addictions counseling or mental health counseling

Preferred Qualifications

  • LPC, LSW, LMFT licensure**: Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapy Board or Combination of comparable skills, experience, and education
