Position Summary:

The Boston Medical Center seeks a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Documentation Specialist. As a key member of our Utilization Review team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient records. With a strong foundation in medical coding and billing regulations, you will analyze clinical documentation and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve clinical documentation issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical documentation or utilization review
  • Strong knowledge of medical coding and billing regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per year
