We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at UHealth Tower's Surgical Intensive Care department on a per-diem basis.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner, utilizing evidence-based standards of quality, safety, and service.
- Ensure population-specific patient care, adhering to the highest standards of nursing practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred.
- Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS-CPR Certification).
- ACLS.
- One (1) year Intensive Care Nursing experience.
