Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in the Medical-Surgical department at Providence Medical Center. The CNA will assist with activities of daily living, provide basic nursing care to non-critical patients, and maintain a safe environment under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide basic nursing care including vital sign monitoring, toileting, and positioning.
- Maintain patient rooms in a clean and organized manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Minimum six months' experience in an acute care hospital or physician's office preferred.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 based on location and experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
