Job Summary:

On-Site Health & Safety is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated LVN to join our team as a Mobile Injury Response Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to injuries directly at the injured worker's job-site, providing critical care and support to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site medical care and support to injured workers
  • Conduct drug and alcohol testing as required
  • Perform pulmonary function testing and respiratory fit assessments
  • Deliver safety training and education to clients

Requirements:

  • Active certification as an LVN
  • Experience in the medical field, preferably in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
