Medical Support Assistant

Atrius Health, a leading healthcare organization, seeks a skilled Medical Assistant I to join its team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to clinicians, ensuring seamless clinical operations and excellent patient care.
- Assist clinicians with routine clinical procedures and tests in the exam room, advising patients on preparation and testing requirements.
- Ensure all pre-visit work is completed, and lab and test results are available in the electronic medical record.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, strengthening the patient-clinician relationship through timely and informative interactions.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate, with a Medical Assistant Certification required.
- Associate degree in medical assisting or completion of a medical assistant certification program preferred.
- Computer experience, with the ability to use word processing and spreadsheet programs, and electronic medical record (EMR) experience.
