Key Responsibilities for the Warehouse Logistics Specialist: The Warehouse Logistics Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting production and shipping/receiving operations while adhering to company policies and customer requirements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Picking and pulling components according to job specifications.
  • Assisting in maintaining precise inventory records and managing the flow of products to and from the production area.
  • Stocking incoming items onto shelves.
  • Conducting cycle counts.
  • Supporting production activities.
  • Facilitating shipping and receiving tasks.
  • Keeping a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Promoting continuous improvement and quality goals.
  • Following established company policies and procedures.
  • Performing other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications for the Warehouse Logistics Specialist:

  • Ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
  • Experience with various equipment such as saws, crimpers, forklifts, etc.
  • Proficient computer skills are highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy are essential.
  • Basic math skills are required.
  • Ability to read and use tape measures and digital calipers.
  • Capability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
